We're so thrilled to announce our first annual RomFest to be held June 20th - 24th, 2012 in historic downtown Gatlinburg at the rustic Glenstone Lodge. RomFest 2012 is where readers can mingle with their favorite authors, editors and agents for four days of funfilled activities including costume parties, food, books, workshops and panels.
The Glenstone Lodge is one of the original hotels in the area and just finished remodeling for customer comforts.
Gatlinburg is located in the heart of the Great Smoky Mountains. This area claims the highest number of tourists in the entire United States and can be reached by car by approximately two-thirds of the US population in less than a day's drive.

We are proud to announce our Special Projects for RomFest 2012. All monies raised from our Fund Raisers, ie Author Baskets, Contests, etc. (does NOT include Registration Fees) will be equally split between these two fabulous organizations - Bays Mountain Park Association and The Wounded Warrior Project - Please take a moment to check out these two wonderful organizations. Check out our special Friday Morning Honorarium.
Bays Mountain Park Association hosts literally thousands of students each year who are eager to learn and grow in their knowledge of the Great Outdoors and our night skies. The impact these funds will provide cannot be measured in dollars and grades alone, but rather in experience and enrichment of this and future generations.
Wounded Warrior Project -
RomFest is proud to be a part of the Wounded Warrior Project - we want to get 500 friends registered - can you help? It's our friends and neighbors who are the true heroes - selflessly serving our country. Show our wounded heroes how much you care today!
6 Meals - Two sitdown breakfasts, one KeyNote luncheon and three sitdown dinners. Thursday dinner is a Barbeque with all the fixin's, Friday dinner is Italian and Saturday dinner is Mexican.

Author panels - a chance to get to know your favorite authors, ask questions and learn what their latest characters are up to. Learn about their sources of inspiration and Eureka moments.
